EXPERT OPINION AND TESTIMONY
Expert opinion not only requires an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the underlying issues, facts of the case and causation, what went wrong [or what went right], but the ability to present the facts correctly and logically, as the basis for an opinion.
Premises liability cases typically involve much more than reasonable care and foreseeability issues. They require analysis of the security practices, procedures and measures in existence at the time, determining responsibility for carrying them out or their enforcement and knowledge of the operation itself.
To consider anything less than a seasoned [security] professional, one not only with the right credentials, but with a three decade long background in the security field at the senior management level and as an independent security consultant, may not be in your client's best interest.
CONSULTING SERVICES
Sometimes expert opinion is not what is required, but rather advice, or guidance from an experienced professional in the security field. We can provide that assistance; be it in helping develop discovery lists, deposition questions, background and research, or simply reviewing the facts and bringing to light what may be some overlooked, relevant security point.
Not A Hired Gun!
Expert opinion, by design represents less than 10 percent of what we do as a company and of revenues which are derived principally from security consulting services.
Expert Opinion assignments are accepted on a selective case basis and only where we feel we have comprehensive expertise.
